Having a coach can be helpful in many different aspects of life. Having a dedicated person on your side through life's challenges can help you improve relationships, increase productivity, and reach your goals.

How does it work?

Don't struggle by yourself. 

Coaching involves meeting regularly to discuss your progress and set goals for both the short-term and long-term future. In addition, I will work with you to identify your strengths and weaknesses and develop improvement strategies.

Coaching can help you develop new skills and strategies for reaching your goals. If you feel stuck, I can give you the push you need to get moving again; all you have to do is take the first step and ask for help.

Accountability

It can be all too easy to make excuses or put off taking action when we're trying to achieve something on our own. But it becomes much harder to slack off when we have someone else counting on us and checking in.

Everything you need to know about coaching.

What is the difference between coaching and counselling?

Coaching is focussed on helping you to reach your goals, to improve yourself. Counselling is more about exploring issues that are troubling you. 

How do you offer coaching?

We can do coaching face to face or online, individually or in a group. 

How many sessions of coaching will I need?

This is something that will be agreed between us when we start the coaching process. Coaching sessions are usually less frequent than counselling and hypnotherapy, typically once a month.

Is coaching still confidential?

Yes, everything you say is confidential.

What kind of things can we work on in coaching?

We can work on the following:

- Identify your current limitations, and make changes so that they no longer limit you.
- Create unique and achievable goals for you.
- Identify your values and ensure that you are working and living in accordance with them.
- Explore future outcomes together.
- Create and maintain motivation.
- Envisage what the best version of you would be like and create a map of how to get there.
- In your work, your career, your sport, your hobby, your daily life, your relationships in fact in every area of your life.
